Trinity Beach Tavern is a much-loved North Queensland local icon.

Trinity Beach is a coastal suburb of Cairns, approximately 20 kilometres from the city centre. While close to the bustling city and all its attractions such as Skyrail, Kuranda Railway and Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park, our small township of Trinity Beach retains its own distinctive characters and charm.

As our name suggests, at Trinity Beach Tavern it all starts with the location. Perched above the Coral Sea where the tropical rainforest meets one of the seven natural wonders of the world – The Great Barrier Reef.

We are on the beautiful northern beaches region of Cairns just a 20-minute drive from the Cairns city centre and a 15-minute drive from Cairns International and Domestic Airports.

We have been operating for 15 years; from humble beginnings we became well known to the locals as the iconic Beachside “fountain on the mountain”.

After many years in the business, we’ve come to know a great deal about what it takes to be one of Tropical North Queensland’s most iconic venues. We are a family-friendly bistro with a large local following; with our sports bar, live music on weekends and a view out on alfresco dining area that just takes your breath away.

We have great pub eats done exceptionally well. Our philosophy on food and beverage is as simple as the way of life around Cairns.

Our talented kitchen team put up an endless supply of mouth-watering specials; we’re all about making good use of our local produce and beachside location, keeping our selection both fresh and seasonal all year round.
